      What is API Relay Hub?

      API Relay Hub is a credit-based API relay. Customers buy credits, create API keys, and call supported AI models through OpenAI-compatible endpoints.

      Which endpoints are live?

      The relay exposes /v1/models and /v1/chat/completions first. Image, video, and embedding routes are staged for whitelist rollout.

      How do credits work?

      Credits are added after Stripe checkout and deducted when a supported API call succeeds. One-time credit packs do not expire.

      Can I use my existing OpenAI SDK?

      Yes. Keep the request shape and switch the base URL plus Bearer token to the relay endpoint.

      Where do I create an API key?

      Sign in, open dashboard settings, then create a hashed API key under API keys.

      Do I need accounts with every upstream provider?

      No. The relay owns the upstream integration layer and presents one billing and key-management surface to customers.

      Can teams buy larger volume?

      Yes. Use the pricing page for standard packs or contact support for custom volume and higher request limits.

      Does relay routing add latency?

      The relay adds a small proxy hop. For production traffic, provider choice, failover rules, and upstream health matter more than the relay overhead.

      Do one-time credits expire?

      No. One-time credit packs remain in the account wallet until they are used.
